Hello the Fire!

The Copenhagen Valley Regulators had another fun shoot on July First at the Mantua Range. Our numbers were down a little because of the Holiday Weekend and the Wyoming State SASS Shoot in Cheyenne. But, we did have about twenty shooters who braved the heat of the Summer to make smoke and enjoy each others company. We shot four stages and ate cookies and drank lots of cold water. The only problems we encountered were the full garbage cans and the upside down outhouse. There must have been a killer wind through Little Valley on Friday night. When we set up targets on Friday evening around 8:00 pm, we recall that the privy was in tact. Come Saturday Morning at eight bells, it was torn up and horizontal. (We had to wait until after the shoot to find relief.)

There were several new faces there at the shoot checking out what we were up to. Always good to get new folks involved. We invite all to come join in with us next month. The shoot will be August 5th at the Mantua Range.

Our next SASS shoot will be held at the Mantua Range on Saturday, August 5th. We will be starting our Safety Briefing at 9:00 am sharp.

Plan on the weather being hot. There will be water and Snacks available at the shoot.
