This is for those hardy cowboy types who like to burn black powder and raw lead. Our Mantua Range is "Reserved" every first-Saturday of each month from 0900 to (about) 1300 hrs (That's 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., for you civilians that don't know about the 24-hour clock...) depending on how many cowboys show-up to burn black powder. Non-members are required to pay five-bucks ($5) range fee each day they are on the range, so if you like to use our range(s) you might as well join the BEWF in the first place.
Here's a couple of SASS links you might want to check out for info on Cowboy Shooting type activities. The rest you'll have to get from the cowboys of BEWF. A word of caution; cowboy shooting is addictive, and probably illegal because they have more fun than humans are allowed.

I agree totally! It is so much fun, and very addictive.

We had a terrific shoot on Saturday, May 6th. We ran a little long on time because we were having so much fun! And, we had business to take care of before starting the new year on the range.

All folks are welcome. Show up and observe, or strap on a couple of old west six-shooters and join in on the fun.

I am the newly elected club president for the Copenhagen Valley Regulators. We are a group of about thirty shooters. We enjoy the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting the first Saturday of each month. The next Match is set for June 3rd at the Mantua Range. We start getting things set up around 0800. Come join us!

I was at the May 6 shoot. It was my first shoot and it was a blast. I will be there for more of them that is for sure. I have a copy of 41 sweeps, I will be bringing some copies of it to the next shoot for people to have if they want it.

Yes I do live in Roy. I was the one with Hogup Kid. I am planning to be there on the third. I am going to south dakota and should be back the 2nd.

You must have really enjoyed the last shoot to come all the way back from South Dakota to shoot on the 3rd! Great!
